LET'S TALK BREAKFAST. I've always struggled with finding the perfect meal to start my day. It's so important to kickstart your day with a meal that's going to boost your metabolism and give you energy. Smoothies are a great way to stay hydrated and gain the nutrients we need. You'll also see a few lbs disappear if you're consistent with including them in your diet. I love this smoothie and make it weekly. Try it out and let me know what you think!
CHERRY BOMB SMOOTHIE
2 cups pitted sweet cherries
1 1/2 cup ice
1 1/2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup honey
