Stretching To Reduce Low Back Pain Risk
Mackie and April are at it for another Workout Wednesday. This time Mackie shows us how to stretch out the hip flexor.

"Here’s a simple stretching exercise that requires a long, rubber resistance band and an attachment such as a pole or fixed object to act as an anchor, along with a folded bath towel."
