Recipe - Very Berry Smoothie
Spring is quickly approaching and we know what that means...hello Nola heat! Here's a great smoothie recipe to make for breakfast or just a fun snack. Smoothies are great because they keep us hydrated and are super easy to make.
- 5 oz. of Greek yogurt
- 1 Banana
- 4 oz. cup of Strawberries
- 4 oz. of Blueberries
- 2 oz. of Almond Milk
- 1 handful of Spinach Leaves
Add a scoop of protein (20+g) if you want to make it a meal replacement shake. Blend & Enjoy!
