Banana Boat
Next time you're sitting around a campfire, give your smores game some new life and try out a banana boat. I love recipes where you get the main idea of the recipe and then you make it your own, and this is definitely one of those recipes. Once you’ve got your banana base, it can now be stuffed with any sort of toppings you wish. Mix it up! A fun way to create combinations is making a “banana boat bar” with all of the different toppings.

Banana Smoothie
Bananas are full of potassium and vitamin B6, both things that are lost after a night of drinking. It's also a source of carbs, another important part of your recovery. Start your smoothie with bananas and then add in whatever else you have on hand!
Antioxidant Oatmeal
Oatmeal is an excellent source of healthy carbs which stabilize blood sugar. Oats also have B vitamins, and a ton of other nutrients! Load up your oatmeal with fruit, peanut butter, seeds, honey, etc..
